2022 SRO World Challenge at Road America

The SRO World Challenge was at Road America 8/19-8/21/22.  Boy are there LOTS of BMWs racing in that series.  There are lots of classes (maybe too many) so you have lots of BMWs to cheer for.  The crowds were small and the atmosphere very relaxed compared to the other BIG race weekends at Road America.  The threatened rain held off and the temps were perfect.  Really a nice weekend at the race track.

The weekend started with almost 100 of the race cars coming into Elkhart Lake for a car show.  Lots of people were enjoying the beautiful cars.  Some teams even let the kids sit inside the cars.  Smiles galore.  Gotta get the young interested in Motorsports.
