2023 Blackhawk Farms Raceway

Absolutely stunningly perfect weather greeted the over three dozen instructors, experienced solo drivers and top autocrossers for our third annual track spa day at Blackhawk Farms Raceway.  Divided into three run groups with liberal (but safe) passing rules, allowed everyone to have as much track time as they could handle, with no obligations outside their own driving skills, and with plenty of open space.  Everything from quick E30s to the newest mega horsepower cars from Munich joined in the fun and the day flowed well and incident free.  We ended with forty or so minutes of standing start autocross runs  where all who wanted to give it a go got roughly half a dozen chances to lay down a hot lap around the nearly 2 mile seven turn track.  We’ll be doing it again next year so if you missed it look for the sign up on Motorsportreg coming as soon as we nail down a date.
