2020 VinFest at BIG DOOR

Please join us at VINFest September 12th at Big Doors in Mundelein. This will be our first car show at this location. Big Doors is at 1405 Whilhelm Rd (near intersection of Hwy 60 and Butterfield Rd) in Mundelein. The show will be between 11 am and 2 pm, lunch will be on your own, there are plenty of places up and down IL60 for you to find and enjoy, especially at the Milwaukee and IL 60 intersection.

Please RSVP if you plan on showing your car so we can get an idea of car counts to make sure we reserve enough space. Please send your name, Car make, model, and year to vinfest@windycitybmw.com.

VINFest at Big Door on SATURDAY.

This is a very casual event. Come show your car or just come and see the beautiful cars and visit. Hours are 11:00 to 2:00.  Attached is a Plaque (pdf) to print and fill out and put under your windshield wiper if showing. 
 
We have to do social distancing and masks and you need to sign two waivers and bring them with you to hand in.  EVERYONE.

FOOD AROUND BIG DOOR (within 2 miles or so)
West (left) on 60 from Butterfield Raod you will quickly find a Panera, Chipotle, Popeye’s, Culvers, Pita Inn and McDonalds.
 
Go east (right) on 60 from Butterfield Road and you’ll soon find Buffalo Wild Wings, McAlister’s Deli, Wendy’s and Portillos.
 
If you go all the way to Milwaukee Ave, (about 2 miles) on the northeast corner is Mellody Farms, which has at least 10 eateries, including Whole Foods, Shake Shack, Lazy Dog and City Barbecue.
 
There will be porta pottys and possible tours of Big Door. With Covid Big Door is a little behind on their construction and we all understand.
Big Door will have donuts.
