Our 17th year of our premier driving event – THE driving event in the Midwest. New feature this year –
register for Saturday, Sunday, or both days – or mix and match with our compatriots at the Time Trials
(see below). Also, we have door prize drawings, inter-event fun of all kinds, and a very cool event
memento.
Your registration even includes our Friday reception and a great Saturday dinner at the track – no extra
charge! While you’re working off that dinner, come on out for the guided track walk/ride – a super way
to find nuances of the track that you can’t see at speed.
Our location at Raceway Park of the Midlands is ideal for these events – a challenging course where
you can build your performance driving skills with little impact from exceeding the limits. Our great
group of driving instructors is strongly committed to seeing all participants both learn and have fun.
So, whether you are an experienced driver or just want to significantly improve your on-road driving
skills, whether you have a fully track-modified BMW, another brand of sports car, or a normal everyday
economy car, we welcome all driving enthusiasts!

Time Trials Event
“What’s your fastest lap?” It’s a question that echoes throughout tracks across the country, the words
laced with the unspoken question, “are you faster than I am?”
For those who like the thought of being compared to others to see who can turn the fastest lap and
want to add the pressure of competition to their track experience without the distraction or investment
of racing wheel-to-wheel – SCCA Time Trials might be what you’re looking for.
Drivers need to have a Time Trials license, which can either be earned from moving up through the
Track Event process, or proving experience from other series or sanctioning bodies. Entries available
for this event as Saturday, Sunday or both days. Your registration even includes all the social events
from the driving school and the event memento!

The Longest Day Driving School is scheduled June 8-10 at Raceway Park of the Midlands near Pacific Junction, Iowa. The Longest Day Driving School is one of our longest standing High Performance Driving Events with an excellent safety record and an experienced corps of experienced volunteer Instructors. You’ll learn a lot about car control, you’ll find yourself much more comfortable at speed than you thought possible – and you’ll have a lot of fun!
